Return Policy

An item may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

1.How do I obtain a RMA number?
Just fill out the “Contact Us form” with the “Subject” RMA, state the reason for the return and we will do the rest!  You will receive an RMA email within 48 hours with full instructions.

2.After I receive my RMA number, where do I send my RMA package to?
Shipping information will be included in our RMA email to you.  Return Item/s in original box/packaging to the address provided in our email.

3. Who pays for the return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in shipping OR you are requesting an “Exchange” due to the heater not working properly upon arrival.

  • Occasionally, an item may not arrive in good working condition and we are always happy to provide an exchange in these instances.
  • Items damaged during shipment will be replaced at no cost to our customer. However, if we are not contacted within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, our standard RMA process will ensue. Please use our “Contact Us” form and place in the Subject Line “Damaged”.
  •  Replacements will be shipped to the original shipping address on file unless otherwise requested.  Zone-Heaters.com will not be held responsible for shipping errors due to outdated addresses.  Original shipping, handling and return postage fees will not be refunded.

4.How long will it take to process my RMA?
RMA’s are good for 7 business days after being issued. Please return within that time frame. Once your item/s have been received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

5. How does a refund get applied?
Refunds will be issued via PayPal to the credit card used on the original order. If you paid by check, the refund will be issued with a company check.

Other Circumstances: If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, or if the package is refused from FedEx or UPS, or is returned to us after three delivery attempts, a restocking fee of 15% plus two-way shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

 

Warranty Information
Please be sure to register the warranty for your product. The heaters come with a Manufacturer three year warranty as well as a LIFETIME warranty on the PTC heating element.

Should we receive a product that has incurred obvious physical damage, the warranty for that product will be void and any attempt to return the product will not be accepted. Please package all items carefully. It is strongly recommended to insure packages through a reputable courier that can provide proof of delivery tracking information. We will not be held accountable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

• All replacements will be sent out via Ground shipping.

• Shipping upgrades may be purchased at the customer’s expense if requested.
